This machine is a special CNC machine tool for processing coil axial oil gap pads in power transformer insulators. It is mainly applicable to special automatic processing equipment for dovetail, pigeon tail and straight groove processing at both ends of the insulation block of 110kV-1100kV transformer winding. It can make the end surface of the processed pad smooth, without micro-particles and burrs. We can customize the machine to fulfil your need. Changing the process of punch machining in the past, using the forming milling cutter to form directly at one time, and milling groove, roughening and rounding are completed in one step. The processed products have no burr and need no grinding, and can withstand high-pressure tests. It is especially suitable for the processing of large transformer cushion blocks above 110kV. The product is optimized to improve work efficiency and improve power consumption, making the cost performance of the equipment more reasonable. The equipment is fully enclosed with a transparent viewing window. It is beneficial to prevent the cutting dust from affecting the processing environment of the insulation workshop, and to a certain extent to prevent the noise produced by milling from affecting the hearing of employees. The noise of equipment operation should be <70db. Entry and exit doors of enclosed rooms are equipped with safety interlocking shutdown devices, doors and windows are opened accidentally, and equipment will be shut down urgently

Simple operating step
Put neat codes of processed insulating cardboard on the feeding table. Pushing it into the feeding device will start the machine by entering the dimensions of the workpiece that will be processed into the PC via the touch screen programmer.The feeding device according to the program feeding saw cut head first. Then follow the data feed given by the program to move the milling head for milling - sawing - moving. The table moves out of the fixed system for milling again. Push out the processed insulators and complete a processing cycle, which is carried out in turn to and fro.
